Travelling to Milford Sound.

We highly recommend taking our Coach & Cruise to Milford Sound, you receive a full commmentary on the history of the area, learn some interesting facts and dont need to worry about missing photographic opportunities along the way - You can leave your car at our Motel. Special childrens prices during school holidays!.

Note: if you are driving to Milford during winter please consider the bylaw that states that chains must be carried.

Te Anau Glow Worm Caves. This is a very popular 2 hour 30 minute afternoon or evening tour. You will enjoy this excursion! It is only 5 mins walk from our motel to the departure point.

Cruises on Doubtful Sound are highly recommended. Fiordland Cruises - Twin share room. with a maximum of 8 passengers. www.doubtfulsound.com

Other Te Anau activities to consider include jet boat rides, guided nature walks, horse riding, sky diving, 4X4 Moto bikes, guided fishing, scenic flights, Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound.
