A reservation is confirmed when one nights accommodation, agent payment, address for service or credit card details confirm your intention to stay. Full payment is required upon arrival - sites, rooms and facilities are not to be occupied until you have registered at the reception.

In the case of a "no show" by reception closing one nights accommodation will be charged to credit card details and keys with directions to your room shall be left on the reception door for you. If you have not arrived by following morning any further nights will be cancelled. No refund as room held for you.

Unforseen circumstances may be taken into consideration.

Card Phones:

Two Phones are opposite the Main Reception and one is in the West Arm and Steamers Beach lodges (4 in total).

Laundries:

We have five areas where Laundries are located.

Cold wash, regular cycle washing machines operate with one $2 Coin

Hot wash or selectable cycle machines are located at West Arm Lodge and are $3 to Operate (1 $1 & 1 $2).

Dryers require a $2 to operate.

A Drying room is available at West Arm Lodge.

Hand washing facilities & clotheslines are available.

What Do I need coins to Operate?

Internet computers, washing machines, coffee machine, game & vending machines (where available).

Internet:

2 Internet computers are available opposite the main reception.

2 computers are in the Luxmore amenity area.

Televisions:

There are televisions in the Kepler & Luxmore Dining Rooms; Steamers Beach and West Arm Lodge Lounges; and dedicated Sky TV & Internet lounge opposite main reception.

Channels 1,2,3 on all Televisions. In selected Lounges & where Sky TV is advised channels include. Sky Sport, CNN, Discovery Channel & Sky Movies.

Pets:

All pets including birds, rats, mice, cats and dogs are not welcome inside any of the buildings or areas owned by the Lakeview Holiday Park, this is to ensure a hygenic healthy environment for all guests who use our facilities.

Guests travelling in private campervans may bring pets providing they are always restrained or on a leash. All droppings must be collected and disposed of by owners. Powered sites 126-120 are used in this case as there is a large park popular for walking dogs behind the Holiday Park (Ivon Wilson Park). Dogs that bark at or bite strangers are not welcome - Management reserves the right to require guests to leave if they bring their pets.
