Invercargill Information
Invercargill is New Zealand's most southern city. There are a range of shopping opportunities in Invercargill along with a wide range of restaurants and accommodation.
Invercargill is a 30 minute Coach ride from Bluff and the Ferrys that link the South Island with Stewart Island/Rakiura and the many walking and nature opportunities on the Island (our Tracknet services link with this Shuttle, ask us to book for you).
The Invercargill Muesum is one of the few places where you are able to view the Tuatara, a rare reptile that is native to New Zealand. The exhibit includes the famous tuatara "Henry" who last year became a father at age 111 !
Invercargill is on the main route south to Bluff and the ferry service between the mainland and Stewart Island (our services arrive into Invercargill in time to connect with the Bluff Ferry Shuttle Bus).
