Charters
Tracknet are able to provide private charters and transfers on special request. We have various sized vehicles for small or large groups, from 5-41 seats. Common destinations include: Manapouri Airport, Hollyford Road End, Mavora Lakes, Queenstown, and local Te Anau Township transfers. Charters are subject to availability of vehicles and drivers, so early booking is recommended.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings are essential to confirm your seat on all departures. Please see our cancellation policy below:
- + Full refund if a booking is cancelled 24 hours before departure
- + No refund if cancellation is made within 24 hours of departure or a 'No Show'
- + Private charters must be cancelled 7 days prior to departure for a full refund. Cancellations received after this time are non-refundable.
- + If necessary, one change is allowed to your initial booking with no extra charge (must be made more than 24 hours prior to departure). Each subsequent change attracts a $10.00 administration fee
